Now a day’s IoT brings gadgets together and assumes a fundamental part in different methodologies like smart home automation, brilliant industries, smart environment, agricultural fields and patient health monitoring system and so on. As a result, curbing such incidents to a greater extent can be possible soon. This study answers the idea behind creating an effective relationship between work and health life simultaneously. Here, we have developed an E-Health Monitoring System using internet of things, comprising of a Wi-Fi module enabled microcontroller ESP8266 and wearable sensor networks which will measure different health parameters such as heart rate, the oxygen level in the blood, body temperature and ECG with reliable data and uploading them to cloud which can be remotely accessed or visualized by medical professionals on a user-friendly application from any location at any time. The purpose of this study is to design a remote health monitoring system which can create a bridge between the busy lifestyle of a person along with regular health checkups remotely. Nowadays people are mostly focused on their work-life while ignoring their health life which in turn is creating a drastic effect on their health in the long run. Rising incidents of affected lives due to unprecedented heart attacks and cardiovascular diseases are one of the major concerns. Paper propose a generic health monitoring system as a step forward to the progress made in this department till now. In this, IoT is becoming a major platform for many services applications, also using Raspberry Pi not just as a sensor node but also a controller here. ![]() Also, based on this doctors can save many lives by imparting them a quick valuable service. As a result, visits of doctors to the patients constantly are decreased as the information regarding patient's health directly reaches to doctor's monitor screen from anywhere the patient resides. Health professionals have developed a brilliant and inexpensive health monitoring system for providing more comfortable living to the people suffering from various diseases using leading technologies like wireless communications, wearable and portable remote health monitoring device. Thus paper based on the monitoring of the patient that is done by the doctor continuously without actually visiting the patient. It is a major development in medical arena. A modern concept is health monitoring of a patient wirelessly. Due to these problems time to time health monitoring is very essential. Now-a-days health problems like cardiac failure, lung failures heart related diseases are arising day by day at a very high rate.
